Yep but no one will care or do anything about it, they will just say we are moaning, but it does appear we get shafted more than other teams do.

Summed up by Dean's failure right at the beginning of the second half when Silva turned past Kante and was cynically, blatently chopped down - zero attempt to play the ball. Did Kante get a booking for this foul? No he did not. He reserved his first booking for Delph's much less significant contact with Alonso a few minutes later. Still a foul but the leniency he showed to the Chelsea players was unreal.

I thought all our booking were a bit suspect, but should we have had a penalty when Sergio was bundled over and Kompany was hugged in the area. At least two free kicks were given for Chelsea which should have been the other way round.

It was Dean that booked Sterling and awarded a penalty to Stoke at the start of the season when the City player was deemed to have been impeding his opponent rather than the ball. Cahill was all over Kompany for our final corner in added time, hold both his arms and grappling him to the floor but nothing was awarded by the the same referee.

He was not trying to deal with the ball, only to impede his opponent and yet **ck all was given.

After the initial fuss I have gradually seen a resumption of the same old rountine of shirt tugging and pulling and we have been on the end of some seriously sh*t decisions in this regard - Walker on Sterling; Milner on Sterling etc.

I do not want to focus on the referees and, contrary to the belief of some, do not feel that the referees are solely responsible for our defeats etc.......BUT they have a significant influence on games if they apply the laws evenly. Last evening saw Luiz being handed significant leeway in his shoves on Aguero and Silva, Kante get away with what should have been a booking right from the get go in the second half and Costa avoid a red card for kicking out deliberately at Kompany right in front of Dean. I remain convinced that the challenge which led to Gundogan's knee injury was a result of a challenge from a Watford player who had been guilty of several previous fouls and who, had he been booked earlier for persistent foul play, might have thought twice before he leaned into and impeded Gundogan in the challenge which resulted in him damaging his cruciate ligaments.

These decisions affect games and we have been on the rough end more than most IMO.

What is with refs and David Luiz? He clearly pushes Aguero in the back with the pair competing for a ball on the end line and gets away with it, he then clearly pushes Silva in the back resulting in Silva hitting the ball with his arm, free Chelsea. It's not just Dean though, it's them all.

Then there's Pedro on Silva, ref whistle goes, Pedro runs back toward his own goal knowing he's fouled Silva only for the free to go in his favour at which point he starts to jog forward.

As for Costa's antics, don't get me started.

and they say we are paranoid, but clearly we do seem to get an awful lot of wrong decisions from referees , they say swing and roundabouts but it looks all swings this season

Meanwhile our old friend Howard Webb can't bring himself to believe that Costa's studs into Kompany's thigh is 'violent conduct'

FFS - it was deliberate, it endangered an opponent and I am not entirely sure how it could not be described as violent

I would also go as far as saying that Luiz's shove on Ag├╝ero endangered his safety - he was given hefty shove off the pitch and towards the advertising boards and could easily have been injured by a collision with them. In fact for one moment I feared he would not be able to slow himself down in time. How the linesman did not regard that as a foul escapes me.

It seems they all have a crush on David Luiz and his flyaway hair.......

The latest luminaries to join the serried ranks of our favourite official's are.........Craig Pawson and his assistant, Steve Child

He gets heavily criticised for his decisions.......

You don't get these decisions heads go down because you start to think somethings wrong and too many important decisions (game changers) have affected the team and boosted the opposition.

The standard of refereeing across the board is appalling but for some reason we never seem to be the beneficiaries of that ineptitude.

Good to see Yaya being vocal about it, not that it'll do much good.

Another chance for the FA to get some money from our lads.

I know other clubs fans think they are hard done by, but we do appear to get the rough end of some major incidents which in effect alters the game.

All I want is for the authorities to wake up to the 21st century and aid their Referees.

They said in cricket that it would undermine the umpire, but umpires are glad that they can call on replays.

It will delay things, so do injuries, subs, etc not a problem and adds to the game imo.
