I despair. Another reason why I detest Twitter. It is so often the hiding place of low life, moronic, bitter, twisted people with nothing better to do than troll people.

The player has moved clubs. He has changed jobs and gone to work for a different company albeit competing in the same business. He hasn't abused small children or been mean to animals. For goodness sake wjphere does this vitriol come from and what is the point? He was at Spurs for eight years (a decent amount of time) and gave them good service. These people presumably (mostly) liked the guy when he played for them .......suddenly he is a pariah? FFS. Cut from the same cloth as the scousers and so doubtless another ground where one of our players will get dogs abuse whenever he plays there.

You could knock me down with a feather

A positive (YES, positive) story about Walker's move from .........none other than former rag Paul Parker

I know! Wonders will never cease.

Doubt any mainstream outlet will publish this take on things though.

Kyle should expect the same sort of moronic treatment received by Raheem Sterling from fans at clubs totally unrelated to his former club. You heard it here first.

Media outlets admit mistake in calculating the cost of Kyle Walker's transfer

In a shock move multiple football media types have had to return to the calculator functions on their smartphones as they admit they grossly underestimated the cost of Kyle Walker's transfer to Manchester City. In seeking to Big Up the numbers in an effort to provide as much negative publicity as possible they have now admitted including the cost of Walker's Netflix subscription, mobile phone contract, his Sky Sports tv package, his subscription to the Radio Times and the agreement by Man City to pay the vets bills and insurance for his pet rabbit, Nibbler.

Their spokesperson Jordan Knobhead released a statement in which he stated:-

"We are very sorry for the false impression that we may have given. Clearly our failure to include these Add Ons is an oversight on our part and we have sacked my nephew, Kevin, as as soon as these discrepancies came to light. He has left the firm to spend more time with hisgames console playing World of Warcraft at home rather than in the office. In total these Add ONS would increase the total transfer fee (adjusted for inflation & over the five years of the contract) by £257m. This would bring the overall total to £311m. This is a massive fee for a defender who, when he was playing for a London club was brilliant, but now he has moved to the Northwest is total garbage. The idea that the figure for these Add ins is only £257 per month is laughable and clearly Fake News."
