Sunday 6 August - Community Shield
14:00 Arsenal v Chelsea (BT)

Lacazette starts for Arsenal - no Sanchez, nor any sign of Diego Costa

Morata on bench for Chelsea

Should the match require a penalty shoot out (after 90 minutes - no extra time) the ABBA system will be used....

The system, based on the format used in tennis tie-breaks, sees the team going first in the shoot-out taking one spot-kick before their opponents take two in succession. Each team then takes two in a row until we have a winner - AB BA AB BA until we reach our Waterloo

Arsenal started brightly. Chelsea can't get hold of the ball.

Chelsea do look crap. Arsenal up to their usual tricks, tons of useless faffing about.

At this point of he season, both of these would fall mightily under our sword.

Willian booked for a dive. Do they not know the new rules?

That seemed harsh to me. There was contact and it looked like he tripped himself because of it. Not simulation for me.

Chelski look very ragged on both ends of the pitch. Luiz with a stupid back headed pass right in front of goal.

On review by guest ref Clattenburg in the BT studio, he said no contact and correct decision by ref Madley.

If it's Calppenturd saying it, now I'm sure I'm right.
