I haven't forgotten Spurs assaults on our players Buzz.

It's the refs you not forget at these matches who failed to do their jobs not the players who got away with it because of the ref

I see your point, but I'll stick to mine.

Besides Sadio Mané could have taken Eddy eye out and I think Neville didn't think it was a Yellow, just a tragic accident.

Plus I hate milner, the two faced Twat.

Just caught the last few minutes.

Once again Martin Tyler declares himself an utter tosser. He went beserk with joy when Sakah put the dippers 2-1 up, but when Spurs equalised at the death his tone barely changed when that penalty was just as dramatic.

Rather ironic that it was the £75m man that gave away the second penalty. Oh dear.

Not starting too well is he, and he does not look fully fit.

Even some dipper fans are complaining he's carrying too much timber and needs to lose weight.

Nice to see Golden Boy and the Saviour of English Football ‘Arry Kane take some stick. Let’s see if he gets as vilified as the Great Hate Object of English Football, Raheem Sterling.

I doubt it. Sky Sports majoring on his goal scoring record so I can see the way the wind I see blowing. Accusations of diving will get swept away in the noise.

Plenty of controversy around this game not least for me on the first penalty that Moss after discussing the incident with his assistant clearly says into his microphone “I‘ve no idea whether Lovren touched the ball to be honest with you. Martin have you got anything from the TV”? He isn’t touching his ear, presumably gets some guidance about the touch from Lovren and so then makes his mind up “I’m giving a penalty”.

The assistant is asking for him to clarify whether the dipper defender touched the ball beforehand it reached Kane and Moss clear as day.....asks the fourth official for extra guidance presumably from a tv monitor he has access to. WTF? I didn’t think the fourth official was supposed to get involved to this degree and if so for me this opens a huge can of worms.

Sounds to me as if (as I always suspected) the fourth officials have been advising the referee on an ad hoc unofficial basis using access to tv broadcast footage and if this isn’t the case they have been HUGELY selective in how this has been used. Decisions such as the challenges we have witnessed could easily have been reviewed and the 4th official said “oooh, nasty, that’s a red card Lee/Bobby” etc as a City player is cut in half by a crap challenge

TV definitely used last year when Taylor was informed not to send Luiz off for his body check on Aguero.

On that offside, I think it's off, the only reason Lovren is making any attempt to play the ball is to stop the ball reaching Kane, therefore Kane is interfering with play and offside.

I agree, a lot of this happens, defenders having to play the ball, because as you say, they are interferring with play

I think the QPR player was offside when Lescott headed the ball, but that had a happy ending anyway.

Now if they had a rule that said you were offside “when the ball is played”...........Hey Presto!

Problem solved.

I am with you guys. He is definite offside when the pass is made. THAT ought to be the defining point. All this “active” stuff is utter tripe.

Watford v Chelsea tonight. In the studio, two mousers in Carragher and Wiggy. At least Colleen knows where he is for a couple of hours.
Why can't Sky provide some balance with pundits who have an actual connection to the two teams.

Watford have made the better start and it's not until the twelfth minute before Chelsea get out of their own half.
12 mins and 0:0.

20 mins gone, a scrappy game from both sides so far and no goals yet. Live on Sky.

Seemed to me to be a bit of a soft second yellow, but he is such a poor player, they'll probably be better off without him.
