Got there in the end.

Gundogan injury hopefully not too bad.

Wolves at home in the next round. I believe they've got a decent side so should be a good game.

Good times!

Jones was weak. Lenient with WBA from early on. He let them get away with the crude stuff, and that encouraged them. Jacob of course took full advantage.

Woves are p2 and playing well, beat the Saints away from home, but we have the players to beat them easily.

That’s what hacks me off about the “it’s my first tackle” garbage - in fact it’s how Gundogan copped his ACL injury last season against Watford. They were allowed to get away with so many petty fouls, deliberately committed high up the pitch in their opponent’s half so as not to attract a booking, that later on they became emboldened and leant into Gundogan from behind and caused his injury. Had that player (Amarabat?)been booked previously maybe he would have thought twice.

Does my head in when the commentators say “oh, he wouldn’t get away with that later in the game”. It’s the same fecking foul you morons and he shouldn’t get away with it at all.
