KDB - successor to Colin Bell?

I have to say that I don't think Ian Cheeseman is far wrong here.

There will only ever be one Colin Bell and whatever the differences in pitches, fitness, training regimes etc De Bruyne's performances have increasingly reinforced this impression in my mind as this season has progressed. He plays with the same easy grace and style that Bell was famed for; his touch, his passing range and vision are exquisite - he is able to place a pass right into the path of a team mate and he must be a dream to have playing alongside you.

I was never blessed with being able to see Colin Bell play in person but I don't doubt Cheesie's judgement here - this lad is an outstanding talent. He has some big shoes to fill but he seems to be doing a fine job in trying.
