City had enough chances and the possession to be out of sight tonight, regardless of yet another garbage referee but again failed to show a ruthless edge when it counted. The Boro jinx continues. That cutting edge has to be discovered and quickly because we have an enormous amount of games to play between now and January. The squad will be stretched to the limit and the league table shows there is no margin for ever. A very disappointing night for The Blues and all credit to our travelling support.

lots of chances.....nothing to show......speaks volumes......

Why tinker with the back four, when it was working OK.
Buzz Lightyear
59% of the possession should never result in no goals. Not unless the posts and crossbar have been peppered. Thirteen goal attempts have to get a goal.
Sindbad
13 attempts no goals.. I hope we go after one top striker in Jan and dont expect midfielders wingers to keep scoring most of the goals.
