City were awful fellas - I'm not sure where the ten goal attempts came from in the stats .. I can remeber 4 at most.. very dissappointing for you guys .. Robinho and Elano (after their display in midweek) looked like different players... Given is a great keeper though .. Very commanding and assured

For all those who didn't see the game then 'goals' and 'corners' sum it up. Forget the rest of the stats.

...however (as we found aout against villa), corners don't win games. we had 17(!) against them, and got nothing from any of them.

Statistics mean nothing - 7 on target?? at least 6 were as good as pass backs.

BTW... how has Wayne Bridge copped for a 2% share of MOTM votes when his disappearing act on the left resulted in one of Pompey's goals?????
