All hopes of City winning a trophy this season died tonight at the Britannia Stadium. All we can hope for now is to finish in the top 4 and qualify for next seasons Champions League. Somehow though I doubt it!

Man City are just not good enough. Goes to show that throwing money at a problem just does not always work. Barry doesn't look half the player he was at Villa. Ireland has lost it. Lescott looks a Championship player compared with the player he was at Everton and even Given looks ordinary. Joe Hart looks 'head and shoulders above him. Maybe next season, but this season Europa qualification at best.
